I had this company out to fix a sprinkler system that they had installed a few years before. After they came out, the sprinkler still didn't work so I called into the office to have them come back a few days later. They charged us for both visits even though it was not fixed the first time. basically charged me twice to fix one problem. When I called in to discuss the billing, the lady haggled with me over the phone and said she didn't understand my argument. What? This company has the worst customer service and was frustrating to deal with. Bottom line is I'm ultimately disappointed with the way they handled the situation and would not recommend to others.

My LOTTO Friend had Ft. Worth Lawn Sprinkler Co. put in his sprinkler system in his dream house in 1995. He mentioned that I may pay a little more but will have the BEST available sprinkler system in ALL of Texas. He was right. They finished in 4 days instead of 5 and were able to cut the # of stations from 16 to 14 with 119 heads & therefore cut the price we had originally agreed to. No $$ until I was pleased. I had one head start to leak 2 weeks after installation. They came out same day & fixed the problem. I now have the Greenest lawn in Grand Prairie!
