Don't do it! I wanted to save money so I went and the young man left the bleach on for WAY TOO LONG. He was helping other customers and I was told it was okay. Well my hair is FRIED. I have never had hair like this. I have gone to two different salons and was told it has to grow out or I need to get a really short haircut to remove all the damaged hair. It is like straw and breaks off. When I explained to them that my hair was a multi-colored mess I was told "everyone's hair comes out that way". Wow! I, like the other viewer, will not go back. The first time I went it took two hours to get a root touch-up and highlights around my face. No hair cut and no blow dry. I shouldn't have gone back.

I went into fs to get a perm, I have color on my hair which was about a month old my hair was very healthy. 3 months later my hair still looks very unhealthy dry brittle and lifeless. Three hair cuts later and I still get stares when I go in to get a conditioning treatment or a cut. People want to know where it happened and I'm sure to tell them it was the fantastic SAMs on n beach the stylists wrapped the rods way too tight and left the solution on too long is what I've been told by other hair Experts I have a crimp where the rod was wrapped and my hair just hangs in the front lifeless. The management gave me my money back but and weren't mean but I still got questions like did I leave the windows rolled down, did I brush it after the perm I'd post the picture of it then and now but it's just simply too embarrassing. I'll never go to a fantastic SAMs again.... Ever. The one star I had to rate is really two stars too many....
