Linda has been our groomer for all of my dogs, since 1981, in fact! She's absolutely the best!

Linda is the best!!! She cares so much for for pets!!!

Poor customer service and below average skill with grooming.

This business should be named the dog butchers. The very worst dog grooming experience of my life. My dog a Pom was just fine when he arrived in need of grooming.

He is now in agony will require vet treatment and the bark-n-bubbles people say it was our fault. If you care about your pet stay away from this place. They are absolutely horrible and I plan on suing them in small claims court. Just a matter of principle at this point. They should be out of business !!!!!!!!!!!

I have never had any problems with Bark and Bubbles. They have done an excelent job on my Shiz Tzu. He loves going there. He will get excited when we drive up to the front and he always comes out looking very cute and I get the cut I ask for. Any medical problems Linda will give me advice, but of course some problems have to be looked at by a vet. She is always caring of my dog and her staff is great and caring as well. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good wash and cut and a caring staff who cares about the dogs they groom and not just in it for the money. Bark and Bubbles is a little bit of a drive from my house, but for the quality of service I don't mind. Gas is cheaper in that area from my house as well so I fill up when I am in the area. :-)

We love Bark-N-Bubbles. Linda does such a good job with our little Molly. She does such a good job with her that when I give her a bath at home she is so good. Linda has trained her to be such a good girl when it's time to get a bath. It has made my life so easy.

Linda has also taken care of our dog when we went out of town for a week. It worked out so good that we would do it again.

Bark n Bubbles does a wonderful job with my three dogs, one of which is a grumpy little "guy" who loves Linda! She really cares and does top quality work...I cannot recommend Bark n Bubbles enough! It is worth the drive.

Linda is HORRIBLE! We had a nightmare experience. She cut our dog well past her quick & actually brought her out bleeding all over her floor. She didn't even bother to stop the bleeding & told me not to put my dog in the car yet? Linda proceeded to Yell and said it was because I rushed her? What kind of groomer is that? I knew it was under new management because neither Crystal nor Susie were there. I miss them! I sent my husband up there after I got home and when he got there, the blood was still all over the floor. They had not even cleaned it up. Linda never once apologized for injuring my dog and felt she did no wrong. Why would you not stop the bleeding before bringing out our dog. My dog bled all the way home all in the car because Linda told us to leave and she didn't need our business. and this is all because of a careless dog groomer with no people skills and no ownership skills. I do not recommend unless you want your dog injured and then you being blamed for the injury. I will drive the extra distance to get to Crystal & Susie's new location.

Check out the photo gallery. This is what happened to my friend's dog after she picked her up from Bark-n-bubbles January 3rd, 2009, without even an apology from the groomer. In fact, she was told to leave the store and had to call the vet to find out how to stop the bleeding. The groomer didn't even dress the dog's wound. That seems not only unprofessional to me but shows an uncaring groomer who is obviously in the wrong profession. I would definitely not take my dogs to this place nor recommed it to my worse enemy! Spread the word...take your dogs and cats somewhere else.
