I had written a negative review the other day and it was addressed by Aquamaid immediately. My husband was going to handle it but after 3 weeks of not cleaning the bag of my pool sweep and seeming to rush the job, I wrote a one star review. After my husband finally notified Aquamaid, my review had already gone out. Aquamaid sent the guy back out the next day to reservice the pool. This time I went out and introduced myself and he apologized and I apologized and today everything is doing great. I doubt if there will ever be another misunderstanding and if I notice anything I can just go talk to him. After meeting him, he seem to be a super guy and am sure he will do an excellent job. Aquamaid had redone our pool in 2017 and it was an easy remodel using them. They were wonderful and I was concerned since we had had multiple pool guys in the past few months. Things are 5 star today and if for some reason it’s not, I will next time call myself or speak to my pool guy now that I have introduced myself and hopefully there won’t be any reason to drop any stars.

Honestly is what comes to mind first. They could have charged me a whole lot more, was quoted a new pump by another company. They said just a motor, or a capacitor. They explained both and I chose a motor. Super happy.

Do not work with this company. Employee committed hit and run on my street, witnessed by two neighbors, and owner refused to make good on it until police got involved.

Aquamaid is amazing! They are knowledgeable, quick to respond, and keep my pool a sparkling blue. They are great with any equipment issues, and the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Love the people at Aquamaid. There is always someone there to pick up the phone. We wanted to remodel our pool and surprised the office people with a visit. One to see if they worked out of a back room somewhere or back of a truck. Happy to report they have a large warehouse with plenty of samples to look at. They did a fantastic job. Answered all of our questions. They even balanced our pool after our new plaster was done. Say that because our neighbor went with someone else to save a few dollars and they did not do that. Super service, Great communication, nice to finally have someone do what they say they will do and then some.

We have worked with Aquamaid Pool Techs for the last 2 1/2 years. We had major remodel projects done in and around the pool and they were at no point able to finish the projects to a satisfying way even though we were in contact with them every week through phone, email or personal consultant.
The most recent experience is probably the worst. The pool had several yellow spots on the the floor/walls, our kids hair was turning green and they experienced skin issues. We have informed Aquamaid Pool Techs several times over the past 7-8 weeks. We called, we emailed, we visited their office always pointing out those concerns. They finally canceled us their weekly services. We contacted a different, independent pool company and we had the water quality checked at a pool supply store. Both told us that all numbers were down and that whomever was in charge of our pool did not take care of quality for several weeks/months.
It is very unprofessional for sure but mostly it is sad that Aquamaid Pool Techs risks the health of kids over their business behavior.

Needed a new pool company. Googled and saw reviews. Aquamaid came up second, but a live person answered the phone. They answered my questions and had someone here that afternoon. He cleaned my pool and knock on the door asking if I had any other concerns with the pool. Was super excited to have a company that cares..FINALLY!!

Please check my pool picture in the gallery!! The GREEN one!! yes, that's my pool thanks to AQUAMAID Pool Tech!!! When I'm back home this is what I have (picture). A beautiful "green" pool!!... "Weekly Cleaning Service" I paid $151.55 +$95.00 + $86.60 = duck pond! THANK YOU AQUAMAID POOL TECHS for Nothing!! They never clean my pool! Aquamaid is one giant SCAM!! Horrible pool service, I was being charged for full service when the appearance of the service they provided was far from "FULL." The end result was an estimate of $500 to get my pool back to swimming condition from their "FULL SERVICE". Their customer service, especially Linda Barnett was very hard to work with. What really upsets me is the owner (Lance Jones ) called me to remedy an outstanding balance of $86 which was turned to a collection agency after I had posted a bad review on YELP. He offered to tear the check up once he received if I would remove the post, so I did. He cashed the check and is most likely walking from the bank with a huge smile. Stay away from businesses like this. The service you pay for is not the service you will receive from Aquamaid.

What an awesome experience to do business with Lance and Aquamaid Pools. It started with Linda making special arrangements to meet me on a Saturday to pick out tile. One week later my pool remodel was finished with speed; precision and perfection. I appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail that was paid to not only the project but to my yard and surrounding area. Lance was a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend him for your pool care needs. Thanks! Tom Brophey

I would give them zero stars if I could. Took the day off work to meet pool repairman and they never showed or called. Then they came the next day and the repairman was going to fix the pump but did not have the correct part. He was scheduled to come the following day to repair....then the owner showed up and gave every reason why it was going to cost me twice as much as the repairman stated. He had every excuse why it would cost more. He is a lazy scam artist. There are plenty of great honest pool companies but this is not one of them.

I've been trying to get Aquamaids to fix their errors since March. They did the repar/remodel of my pool early ths year.....white marks were left on the bottom of the pool, Lance said they'd be out to drain it again (was supposed to reimburse me for the water ths time, but they didnt) and fix it. They eventually did come out and acid wash it but I still have white marks. The flagstone they put in is all uneven and some of the stone itself is bumpy. I'm so afraid someone is going to stub a toe. I finally got Lance out here 2 weeks ago (he told me several times he'd be out to see what's up and then not show up, no phone call either) and he said they'd be out last week to fix things but once again, no show no call. I'm so aggravated. I had high expectations from ths company thinking with it being privately owned I'd get better service, boy was I wrong!! :(

Love my pool cleaner!!!!! Harry is like a machine. Can set my watch by him. The other pool service cost me so much time and money I don't know where to start. I'm not a negative person so I'm not going to slam the other pool company (Clearwater). Aquamaid came in, turned my pool blue, and since I have been on service with them I have had no problems. Highly Recommend!!

I have had a complaint in with the BBB since last year. They contacted the BBB and said they would refund the repair money for work done improperly (I had to pay someone else to come out and redo the work correctly) and they have never refunded a dime or even responded to my letters after they submitted the resolution to the BBB. When they were doing the work they were very difficult to get a hold of and to get someone on site without repeated calls and requests.
