They are very rude (they were to me at least). They criticized my natural hair and was very aggressive with the turning of my head. Considering I was a new client you would think they would want me to come back. NOT! I will not be returning and its such a shame because I actually like my hair BUT customer service and cleanliness is not in their vocabulary what so ever. I had to sit and stare at a dead cricket for 3 hours the place basically look like a hole in the wall. Thanks but no thanks. BTW they change prices so be careful.

Don't get me wrong I like my hair (so far). But I've never been to a salon that was soooo rude and demeaning towards their clients ESPECIALLY their NEW CLIENTS. For that reason I will not be going back. They will criticize your natural hair, speak their native language, and basically have no interest in talking to you. Cleanliness is not in their vocabulary because I had to stare at a dead cricket for three hours while my hair was getting done and the place just look like a hole in the wall. I wouldn't recommend going there based on customer service alone but to each is own. And they also change their price on me too.

I just got my hair done yesterday. At first i was a little sceptical from reading the reviews but they were very patient. The two ladies helped me pick out what i needed and they worked very fast to get my hair done. I love my havana twist and i will definately be going back. They were awsome.

I went to this place because my sister in law recommended me, and when i got there they quoted me a different place than what they have said on the phone, but that was because they told me that they only give the estimate price or the starting price on the phone, which i understood when they explained to me, but beside that i loved my braids and kept them for 2 and half months, so i will recommend them

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR EFFORT!!!! I went there on 10-26-12 and told them what I wanted and they did exactly the opposite. She quoted me a different price from what she told me in the beginning. It went from $50's to $80s and it was a very bad job!!!! So, much for customer satisfaction or even offering to do it over. It was a VERY standard hair do!!! One French Braid going from front to back......... how can you screw that up? Please, go somewhere else. The same day, I went to Aby's African Braid Shop off of Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. NOW, THEY WERE GREAT, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID WHAT I ASKED!!!

so displeased with this facility. I was not happy with my hair. I was given the one price and when I arrive they gave me another one. apparently, this happens often seeing another woman walked in and said the same thing was quoted to her. they dont braid the braid to the lenght of your hair. the do poor work in the mid section of your hair. I will never return to this shop again and I will not recommend this shop. If you call make sure you get the right price.I think they give you false information to get you in and then they change the price. they tried to be friendly but I wish I would have went with my first mind and walked out of this shop. they are getting a 1 just because they finished in the amount of time stated. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will definitely recommend Glamour braids ! They work with you, and they tell you what will Be good for you, they really grew, my hair. And they have coupons on their website to print out and get a discount.

I moved from Gulfport, MS and I was needing someone to keep up my kinky twists. I was referred by my sister in law's stylist and she was right. I swear they have the lightest hands and they took so much detail into their work. I do understNd they are under new management so maybe that is why my experience was better than the other reviews.... I will be going back! They are really friendly too!

I went to have some braids done, the stylist was rude and seem so uncaring about her profession. She braided my hair

so tight it pulled my skin around the hairline that some of hair was pulled out by the roots. This is not acceptable. I will

never go back. They say word of mouth is the best advertisement. I have stirred potential clients to looking else where for braids the proof is in the pudding, mine was visible in my hair and the hair does not lie.
