I am very uneducated on pesty bed bugs. I would expect ABC experts to assist with understanding the problem. Well that was not the case with ABC. I was made to feel as if the questions i asked should have been known. During the inspection and when the girl called back to schedule the service. Amazing. I am expected to pay $2800.00 yet i can not ask questions. she basically told me is on the instructs. figure it out. then we i inquired about the price I was asked "who's paying for it"? as if i had no right to ask since i did not sign the contract. I felt that was a very inappropriate question. I see the advertisement on TV and assumed the company was a family owned business with a great deal of temperament since children are picture on the commercial. Not the case! It mat take me sometime to get rid of the pesty cridders, but for almost $3K i think i deserve some respect and ABC did not deliver!
