I have been buying OHM Tobacco at this Place for as long as they have been selling it. I bought 2 Bags of Menthol around February the 3rd and both are outdated as of December. I did not notice it till today and when I called them, all I got was to come in to Discuss it. Really, I Think Not. What you should have said was please bring them back for Fresh Bags. Nope, they sure did not say that. By Law, they are supposed to go through all dated products and pull the outdated Merchandise. Shame on the Manager. I will not ever come back to this shop. If your Smart, You will check for the Out Dates before just buying Tobacco or Cigars and do not just trust that they are doing the Right thing. I Promise you, they ARE NOT. I kept saying to them that the quality of this product has diminished and now I see why. I also contacted the Company to let them know what was happening here as well. The Dollar out Weighs the Customer Satisfaction once again. Going back to my old Store. Never had that problem there. Just a further Drive, but so worth it.
