I had them out to unclog a drain. The first time the tech showed up on time and snaked the drain quickly. 2 days later I noticed water in my laundry room and found my washer was backing up, and the sink that they unclogged was also. I called and was told a tech would be out the next day. When he showed up he investigated and found that when he was snaking the drain he had loosened a 45 that tied into the washer. I had to wait until late in the afternoon the next day until the owner came to " investigate " and tell me it wasn't their fault. Now I have a ruined bathroom and broken plumbing and a company that will NOT take responsibility for what they did. Do not use Roto Rooter. Find someone else !

They did a terrific job here today. They were able to come out during the time frame that I was available and they arrived at the beginning of the time window that they gave us. They were kind, friendly, and professional. They gave me an estimate for two jobs. One of the jobs was quite a bit of money and he was honest enough to tell me that he wasn't sure if it would solve the problem. I really appreciate that! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

Today was a very bad day for me, as I had a basement floor drain back up due to a sewer line clogged by roots. I was given piece of mind by this company, and their employees. They were able to come earlier than scheduled, and the technician, Ryan, was beyond professional and qualified. He took the time to assure me everything would be fine,and that he would take good care of my problem. I was informed during the entire process, and before I knew it, all my troubles were down the drain. Great company to do business with if you are in need of professional drain work. Thank You to the lady that scheduled my appointment, and to Ryan, the technician. Both of you made a bad day much, much better, and less stressful.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and Roto Rooter was able to get someone out to our house within a couple of hours. James was very courteous and professional, taking care to explain everything as he cleared our drain. The price quoted on the phone was the price we paid, and he was in and out in no time at all. The drain is flowing great and I like the 90 day guarantee. I am giving the overall rating 1 less star, because although we were happy with the job, I thought it was fairly expensive.

This company is fast and easy. Their technician Tyler was friendly and got to work right away it find out what the problem was. They where done in under two hours.

Ft. Wayne just experienced severe rains over the past few days. Our basement flooded, and we called Roto-Rooter and they were able to be there within the hour! Our sump-pump had failed, and they were able to replace it with a new one so that we could at least begin to fight the additional water. They also told me about their ability to do water clean up as well! Their staff were very professional, and were not pushy the way other companies can be. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is in need! Way to go guys!!!

I hire one plumbing company in Fort Wayne and all they wanted to do was add another clean out and tear up my yard.. Mike came with the right equipment. he even use the cam to show us what was happening .It took awhile but Mike got the job done right. Not just using a drain snake for a few feet last the plumber did. It was done right like a pro.Roto-Rooter does mean send your trouble down the drain.

Technician came very quickly to our house once we called them...within an hour! Our basement septic was clogged. The technician was in, fixed and our of our house within 45mins. Great, fast, friendly service.

Technician came in the time frame specified and was great. He identified the issue very quickly. My sewage pump needed to be replaced. He gave me an initial estimate of between $800 - $1200. He left to get a pump and when he came back he said he got one at a good price. Bottom line: my bill was less than the estimate - $703.58! I was very pleased.

Tech 170 fixed my garbage disposal, which I was going to have removed, since it didn't run and backs up my dishwasher.. Quickly unplugged spare bathroom sink.. Then, my annual tree root removal from the sewer line out front.. Very pleased with the work done.. I contact them every year.. Great job..

Very fast response time, technic was interested in my problem not the easy fix to turn water flow when flushing the toilet. The easy fix may have helped the water flow but not fixed my problem in the long run. I was very pleased with the technic, he cleaned up after himself, he explained what he did, and my best options to stop this from happening again in the future.

We set up an appointment and it went great! They arrived when they said they would, discussed our issue, got right to work, and fixed our problem while suggesting ideas to prevent future issues. They also called a couple of days later to check on how things were working! Thank you!

Had then out here to clean out a drain. Was told needed replacement sewer pipes and if we went with their service the amount of money we spent already would be taken off our total price. Estimate came through and when questioned they claimed the estimate already had deducted our previous work as promised.. When we talked to a manager and he gave us a break down of how they came up with the estimate it was supposedly $450 MORE than our highest estimate. Even though they were going to charge the same as the company I did go with, I did not choose Roto Rooter because I felt they were not above board with me about this estimate and if they did, it was too high. I am not convinced the original work for the backed up line was done as good as it could have been once I saw what the other company encountered.

Our main sewage line had tree roots growing into it. I called Roto-Rooter plumbers of Fort Wayne and they came out and snaked the line for me. The service tech was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your clogged lines.
