Love bringing my dogs here! I have had nothing but positive experiences and my dogs don't complain either :)

Needed to cancel my reservation 13 days before I was due to drop off based on a family situation. I was told even though the kennel is booked up for the holiday they would not return my $40 deposit. Great customer service.

I sent my dog to this kennel a few years ago while I was away for a week. I even paid extra to have him walked twice a day in their "nature trail". When I returned home my poor lab was so depressed and he was dirty from feces that was in his kennel. His toenails were all torn up because of the concrete floor. I will never board any of my animals there again. I suggest that you don't either.
