What i experienced cannot be put into words. My new work told me to go here because it's who they promote and use for their company's protocol footwear. I pray they don't base their customer service on this model. Absolutely blown away by their disrespectful manners. Last i knew, customers were the life blood of your business. Not the case here. Word of advice, stay clear of this place. Go anywhere else instead.

I work for BAE systems Platform Solutions Fort Wayne In. I get voucher for two pairs of work shoe a year. Been going there for around 30 years and lost count of how many shoes I bought. My wife went in there to pick my work shoes up. Has been doing this for years because I work a lot of overtime and cannot make it there during business hours. She never had a problem before until the manager chimes in it and also got real rude with her. He tells her that the voucher is no good even though it has my name employee number and the BAE ESD manager’s name on it. He gave her the wrong pair of shoes (I get the same pair every year) and then argue and refuses to exchange them with the right pair. Then he threatens me when I tell him that’s BS the way you are running your store that he going to try to get me in trouble with BAE Management. This place is going downhill fast never going there again. Going to Safety Solutions from now on. They treat you like a customer

Poor customer service. I was pushed aside for a new customer today. I guess since I have been shopping here since The 80's I was taken for granted. SO I took my business to Bratemans.

The salesman was in a hurry to get out of there the store was closing in 5 minutes as he reminded me I was looking at the different shoes trying to decide what I wanted he kept rushing me reminding me the store closes in 5 minutes I don't think I will ever shop there again he was very rude
