Recruiter I talked to had no idea which way was up! Complete let down for the US military.

What has this country come to when our recruiters are signing up boys who have been in a mental ward a dozen times waked out on litium? My neighbor, a kid named Kaleb has been in and out of a mental ward dozens of times and even yesterday was standing in the middle of the street harassing drivers attempting to drive down the street like he needed to be shot up again. He was also harassing a woman with a little toddler standing at her side who lives nearby like he was on crack. Is this what our country has come to?
