This location messes up our order everytime we go there. The last time we were there is the only time I've asked them to replace our order it was on March 21 2014. We ordered 20 Mcdoubles half with onions and half without. We live in Columbia City so we called and complained to let them know that our whole order was messed up. There were 5 without onions and 10 of them were single burgers when we paid for 20 Mcdoubles. The manager on duty Lori said she would replace the whole order when we stopped the next time.Today we were going to be out that way so I called to let them know we would be there to get the 20 Mcdoubles that were to be replaced and the manger on duty today was Megan, she knew of the situation and said she would only replace 10 of them. It's unreal the way they treat paying customers and the worst part is that they lied about taking care of the problem. I will make a formal complaint about the lying more then anything else. I've heard many people complain about that location and something needs to be done about it.

This McDonald's is probably the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Everytime I go there they mess up my order or I have to pull foward and wait 10 minutes for my food. The inside is usually kept clean. Some of the people there are very rude.
