I took my 2020 ford F350 to be serviced and the techs got on it right away, I had previously taken it to Bob Thomas ford and the had my vehicle 3 days and never even looked at it ,they made me feel.like I didn't matter but the service I received at jess Lewis was awesome I recommend them if you want to feel like you matter and if you desire good service.

Great customer service from Danny. He was very helpful and explained the issue in a way that a non-car person could understand. I appreciated his thoroughness and ability to diagnose the issue with our vehicle quickly. Definitely will recommend to others.

I took my car to them after Russ Moore failed to fix a transmission line leak after 4 attempts. They told me I had received a bandaid fix and they would fix it right which they did. They charged me only $15.00 too. I will go back to them if needed.
