Using CC for years. My prom & sorority gowns, then a decade later they were the only place I would trust with my wedding dress. They have done huge rugs / wall tapestries for me too. When I had clothes, they could not dry clean they explained why and offered other services. I've also used their coin laundry a few times. Yes, there's a few washers down but I've never seen a laundromat with all machines working. Never seen standing water or smells coming from them. Dusty yes but that's dryer lint and the associates are cleaning throughout the day. 4 stars only because they cannot do leather (or they couldn't years ago) and no same day service but other than that 5 stars all the way.

Have been here several times over the years when something is wrong with our washer or dryer and its always been clean and I've never had issues with the staff. As a matter of fact today my roll of quarters rolled behind the washer and the attendant crawled on the washer and under to try and get the roll for me. Very nice. Yes of the 26 dryers currently 5 are out of order. A few washers are as well but plenty for everyone in here

The place is great!! I love the dry cleaning, quality is great and the prices are AFFORDABLE no doubt!!

And when my dryer broke down they were the closest laundromat within miles of the Georgetown area.

I definitely recommend them.

They were very rude and said they could not do my dry cleaning

Don’t go there.

I had taken some of my laundry to be washed and hanged on hangers.

When I picked up my laundry it was folded and put in a bag not hanged

Not worth the money.

I went to crown cleaners because my dryer broke

When I went in this Laundromat was really dirty there was dust on the tables

And trash on the floor the carpet was all stained up

Don’t go there

I saw a add for crown cleaners so I went in to ask some questions

The owner was really rude and rushed me out of the store.

I would not recommend this cleaners to anyone .

This Laundromat was a lot of washers that do not work and they have a few dryers witch

Some of them are out of service I will go to another Laundromat next time.

I turned in some of my shirts for press only

When I picked up my shirts the points of my collars where bent under

The person who works there had a really bad attitude with me

When I asked what happened to my shirts. I will never go to this cleaners again

I have been to crown cleaners and Hobson road Laundromat. Hobson road Laundromat

Is better priced then crown cleaners and there service is way better than crown cleaners

This Laundromats service is really awful I went to buy quarters and had to wait 20 minutes for service

I was really upset

Horrible, horrible, horrible it is just a baby

I was washing my laundry one day I had my 6 month old son with me

He was sick he throw up on the carpet the owner told me do not bring back my son with me when I want to do my laundry.

It was horrible.

I dropped off some of my laundry for drop off cleaning

When I picked up my clothes some of them were missing. They said they didn’t know what happened to my clothes. And they will not pay for them . There costumer service is very bad I would not recommend this Laundromat to anyone.

Crown cleaners is a very clean and friendly laundromatt. The attendants seem to always be busy cleaning and are quick to greet you when you walk in. I love that the Laundromatt is in a shopping center, as I wash my laundry I can shop for groceries, stop by the local coffee shop and do some quick banking. And I never have to worry about leaving my clothes behind, Crown Cleaners is in a very nice part of town and I have never had anything turn up missing while doing my laundry here.

I go to Crown Cleaners for dry cleaning. Their prices are reasonable and they do all the dry cleaning in store. Thus us customers get our clothing back quicker and everything is hand done with nice precision. The owner Abdul is really nice as well. He is always doing things to help his customers. At Crown Cleaners the customers really do come first.

I like going to Crown Cleaners. The place is clean. I always see an employee washing away the soap mess. The washers are big and there are lots of them. It is spacious. When I bring my children they can play with the toys that are set out or color in the coloring books. I can enjoy a cup of coffee while waiting for my laundry. It is a nice establishment.
