Brian at Certified qouted me $65/hr. I informed Brian to call me at least 1 day in advance because I would have to drive 1.5 hrs to meet the technicians at my property. I never received a call from Brian to notify when the technicians would be performing the service. The technicians called me that they were at my property to perform the service. I had to immediately leave work and drive 1.5 hrs to meet them. 2 technicians showed up and I was charged $130/hr. The technicians were at my property for 2.5 hrs, but I was charged for 3.5 hrs. One of the technicians was in training. When I called Brian at Certified about the $455 bill, he was extremely rude. He said he forgot to call because he was too busy. He said either pay $130/hr for 3.5 hrs or pay $65/hr for 7 hrs. He informed me that the 3.5 hrs was because he was charging for drive time from their shop and back. He lowered the bill to $65/hr, but raised the hrs from 3.5 to 4. Horrible customer service. Certified is all about the $$$.
