Purchased a brand new American Standard furnace and air conditioner from Brokman. Found out a year and a half later they jumper wired the 2 stage blower on the furnace to override it to be one stage. That means for a year and a half I was paying too much on the electric bill. I spent thousands on a two stage furnace that they installed as a one stage. Avoid them. Call someone who knows what they are doing.

I have a maintenance agreement with Brockman. Each time they come into our home to do maintenance they are always on time & have parts & supplies that are needed for my unit. They call each season Winter & Spring to schedule our service & then also do a follow up call to be sure everything went good with the tech & to see if we have any questions or concerns. We have not had any issues with Brockman and will continue to do our annual maintenance with them.

Service was exceptional. He talked to me so I would understand everything that was going on with my furnace and air conditoning unit. Took his time to service everything. Arrived between the times they said he would be there. Great job.
