I had the opportunity to be present for the home inspection and can report the following: My technician, Matt, was very thorough and diligent in his inspection of the home I am purchasing. He inspected all electrical outlets, appliances and the HVAC system, water heater, fireplace, roof and gutters, downspouts, discussed possible future problems to look out for, and paid special attention to the Radon testing which is being monitored for the next couple days for a final report. I would highly recommend Matt with Aardvark to anyone needing a home inspection.

Inspector was on time, knowledgeable and thorough, answered all my questions. Kevin explained things in a way that made sense to me. I would recommend.

Steve was our home inspector & he seemed very through, very knowledgable. He took several pictures though-out the inspection & sat down with us at lightly went over everything before sending out his official report that very night.

They were very professional, thorough, and offered what smaller businesses did not. I didn't even have to ask for a pest inspection, which was a big concern, but it was included. Doug was very friendly and helpful. He showed my pictures of issues where it was not safe for me to enter, and he explained them to me. I was then able to communicate effectively with my realtor about what was really going on, so that we could move forward. Thank you for a job well done.

We had Joe Mishak look at our 87 year old house and he was very knowledgeable about the house. This was also our first time buying a house and he walked us through all the needs of the house.
We also enjoy having the free termite inspection with our house inspection where most companies charge extra for that.
We would strongly recommend Aardvark to everyone!
