Bmw service has been courteous,

timely and efficient at meeting my needs.

I came to Quality Imports recently and was really impressed by the recent changes made to the BMW service dept. The upgraded remodeling in the advisors area and additional staff now made my service experience easier and seem more quick and efficient.

Horrible customer service. They will not return calls. When I finally was able to talk with service manager I was given incomplete information. I had my wife call back and she was given totally different information that didn't match what I had been told. When I called the owner to try and correct the problems. I was told that he would return my call as soon as possible. It's been almost 4 weeks, and he still hasn't returned my call. Guess he is really busy. I'm finding another place to get my car serviced
