Their appointments are way too rigid with absolutely no flexibility. I always try to be early for my appointments, but when a few minutes late their only solution was to reschedule. Seriously? Absolutely zero effort was made to try to work me in. I would rather wait at a walk-in than waste my time trying to fit in IMWell's overly tight schedule.
