I've worked at this place and most say, the only reason you had crappy service was because you were crappy customers.

We get there the tables are very small and don't fit our group and the waitress didn't even try to accommodate for us. So we sat at two separate tables far away from each other and then when 2 tables right next to each other freed up we moved to them and the waitress complained about it and got grumpy even when we informed her we were moving. We order food and it takes over an hour to get it and when my wife asked about the food the waitress got pissed off and said " we all need to calm the hell down" then she would not come back to the table after we got our food so our drinks were not refilled and we had to go up to the register and get another lady so we could pay for our food. Terrible time, terrible staff, terrible service!
