I have spent over $250 for them to clean the carpet in two small rooms. For the second visit and another $175 Mark said the stains would be removed. Instead the stains were just made bigger and lighter. Mark refuses to schedule a return visit to complete the stain removal process, swearing and hanging up on me when I call..

They will not move any furniture even though it says it on the website. I was told after the fact that they are not furniture movers they are carpet cleaners. Can you believe that? They only move coffee tables and end tables and they put protective covers on the feet. Guess what? coffee table or end table were not moved. Pricing is not what your told it is going to be. Lesson learned here. Red flag for me should have been now pay attention here........no guarantee of their work. You will not find customer satisfaction anywhere on the contract or on website. I have had my carpet cleaned for years and I know a half done job when I see one.
