Awful bank. The teller lied to me, and told me that my check would be immediately available, then told me that since it was Saturday, it wouldn't be available until Monday morning. Then on Monday morning when I checked my account, still nothing. Finally I was told that it wouldn't be available until Tuesday. Usually I cash my checks and have the money immediately, the supervisor said that there was no way that happened, and basically called me a liar. I've been told different things depending on who I talk to. It's a ridiculously disorganized bank. I'm glad they have an abundance of money, and don't care about their customers. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for years, but after the way I've been treated, I have no intention of keeping my account with them.
