Provided by YP.comThe General Manager at Lowes is not helpful to customers. I wanted them to match the 18 months same as cash offer that I received in the mail from Home Depot. The General Manager would not match it and said that the credit card company would not do it. I called the Lowes in E. Brainerd. The manager there said that he would honor it. An employee at Lowes heard us on the phone with the East Brainerd store and asked us to wait while he spoke with the general manager. General Manager had already left so he spoke with the Assistant Manager. Assistant Manager okayed. General Manager is a jerk!
