Suncoast Tanning is where I have been tanning for a consecutive 5 years. I have never had any problems with any of the people here, staff or otherwise. The girls are very knowledgable about the tanning beds and the lotions which they hand pick. I was given a tour of the salon and a full description of how the equipment works as well as the radios. There is no cut off time to tan, they let me tan right at 8:59p when they close at 9p and they allow me to go the full tan time of my bed. They give all tanners complementary water bottles to stay hydrated before or after tanning, I am addressed as ma'am and my husband as sir and not hey you. This is the best place to tan if you don't believe me go in for a free tan because they offer a free tan to all new clients. By the way they do THE BEST AIRBRUSH TANNING EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of my custermers mentioned that there was a negitive comment on this site about our salon. I read the comment and since I don't know the person behind the comment or the situation I can't directly respond to this person. I would like to tell anyone that reads this that I give my personal gaurentee that if you are not completely satisfied with our salon and services I will make any adjustments to accomidate your needs or refund the balance of your purchace. If JJ-7 is a real customer and not a disgruntled ex-employee or one of my competiters than I truly apoligise to this person and if it would have been brought to my attention or if it was it has been corrected. To JJ-7 and all else that read this and consider a tanning salon to get the best tan it still is SunCoast Tanning. And to prove I'm not just saying that I offer my personnal cell number to all my customers. I'll assure you you won't get that from any other tanning salon. This is the best tanning salon i've been to in all of sw fl,and I have been to all of them. They have great beds and update them with new bulbs more than any other salon I've been to. They just added the newest high pressure tanning bed and it tans fantastic. I've been tanning their about two years and have never had anyone be rude to me so I don't know what JJ-7's problem is. I would highly suggest trying them out for yourself and not listen to someone else's crying.

I gave them a call to ask about the pricing on their tanning bed and was told (preceeded with a sigh) that he couldnt discuss it over the phone that i really needed to come in. He acted as if I was bothering him and didnt care about my business. My Mother and sister actually went to this salon in oct 05 and when asked about the pricing a rude desk girl threw the price book on the counter and barely explained any of the options. When they asked about them she seemed very bothered. They had to ask for their googles and lotions. Me and my family will never does business with this company again and i advise you to do the same.
