Very Slacking

I needed to get a dishwasher fixed and requested a quote in writing. This was the 2nd of January! When I called back on the 19th they stated that they were not sure what I wanted. I talked to them and emailed them what was needed on the 2nd and had to resend the email and tell them again what I wanted. The man at the company apologized for the problem and assured me that they would get a quote. At that time they requested that I send them my address so they could get the quote asap. Guess what? They still have not replied. Very sad company :(
