I took my dog here to be groomed, the only available appt was 10am, by 2:15 they hadn't started him yet. It took over 5 hours for his 'appointment'. When I picked him up, his coat was pretty choppy but they told me not to worry - it would grow out. Of course they charged the highest of the estimated range, and oh - forgot to trim his nails. My advice, keep looking.
