Do not trust this company! I was quoted by the owner, Carter in my condo after we discussed in detail about the mantel and the demolition that would need to be done before the new mantel could be put on the fireplace. Per the owners recommendation he said that we would need a 60" mantel. My husband and I were quoted $599 for the mantel and $150 for installation. We shook on it and he said all that I would need to do was to pick out the color and sign the contract. When the contract was emailed to me it was quite different than was discussed, it was now $944.20 for the mantel, $306.83 for labor and other charges of $73.92 for a grand total of $1,324.95. I was shocked because the price was almost double what we were told by the owner. So I called him and he admitted that he messed up but that this was the price. It is beyond me how a company owner could make this big of a mistake and not honor the original quote. This is to tell you that this company has no integrity!
