I bought a 25 inch tv a couple and was assured the tv worked by a lying saleman. i turned it on and got a picture but no sound because it wasn't hooked up to a vcr. again i was assured it was ok. when i git it home = NO SOUND !!! I TRIED TO RETURN IT THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD HAHAHA YOU WANT TO DO WHAT? In a niice way. NEVER BUY ELECTRONICS FROM GOODWILL WITHOUT TESTING IT B4 YOU GET TO THE CONTER ! THEY LIE AT GOODWILL AND YOU WILL HAVE BADWILL.

I purchased a 48" television from this location, which I was told the tv was in excellent working condition. First I had to pay someone to haul this monstrosity home, then I had to pay another set of guys to lug this thing in the house. I know this is a personal issue but wanted you to get the true feeling of the situation. Finally a half hour later, I was ready to watch the big screen. I turned on the tv picture was great but there was no sound. Discouraged, I then called the location explaining to them the events of the hour. Telling them that I would gladly accept another tv (hopefully one that works) OR instore credit. She stated that I would need to bring it back and we could get another tv. Once again I explained just how heavy this piece of crap was and I could not possibly get it back to the location. She repeated the same statement and wouldn't even let me speak to a manager. Therefore, at this point I am so undecided and disgusted I don't know what to do.
