We made a large purchase of marble sculptures, some of which were custom designs. We requested (in writing) and paid Fines Gallery for comprehensive transport insurance of all items. Some of the larger and most expensive "custom" pieces were damaged during transport due to inappropriate packaging and low quality crating. It turned out that consignment was uninsured. Custom work was not according to design requested. Instead only a very small part of the statue was customised and the rest of the item was a very obvious copy of a very well known piece by a major artist. The statue had to be repaired and then further sawed and mounted into 3 separate sections in order to break up its 3 styles (classical, renaissance, modern) and make it usable. Finish on each item was inconsistent and our local marble experts were unable to render the items to a similar enough finish to be used in the same rooms as needed. Total out of pockets loss $34000

I found this company online and they shipped the beautiful marble fireplace to me in New York. My handyman said it was easy for him to install, and all my friends just love it! The only thing is, is that I had a hard time choosing which one I wanted but I finally picked one in the marble color I wanted. Just wanted everyone to know that this company in my opinion is five star company with a wide selection of marble fireplaces, fountains, statues, memorials and architectural design elements in stock. I am considering buying a marble fountain for my back yard come summer.
