Provided by YP.comThey could not even take the links off of my watch without destroying the links. They proceeded to think that I am stupid and saying that they are supposed to look that way. I could have done it better myself. The store manager did nothing but say I am the small few that are dissatisfied with their service and that he will ask his employee what happened and then move on without correction. They are cons, liars and very unethical in the Fort Myers branch store in the Gulf Coast Town Center.
