Seriously, if you love your kids, find somewhere else. This place is by far the worst daycare I have ever seen.

They not only do not provide good care for the children, they also steal materials, handbooks and other forms from other center and use them. Their honesty and morals are questionable

You get what you pay for. This school is cheap but you get poor care. It has a lot of children in each class making it crowded and provides less attention to whats going on. My child had been bitten 3 times in 3 weeks, once each week. When I confronted them, they claimed its the childrens age, which is understandable, but when I switched over there from another daycare due to location, I never had such a problem. I now have my child at a new daycare, love it, and still never ran into a problem. Even one of the workers there said that the paperwork is faulty and some reports never get done. I had to tell them my child got bitten, they didnt even notice nor did they have a report!!! Not to mention, I would go in there on Mondays to pay, noone was at the front. A lot of times I stood there for 10 min just for them to let me in! I cant express how awful this daycare is and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Pay the extra $20 and go somewhere else!

I have 2 children in Cheers. I have been with them 4 years now and couldn't be happier. They have reduced my tuition rate recently, so the statement of "all they care about is making money" I don't know where you are getting that. As far as high turnover, I have seen very few teachers come and go in the last 4 years. My kids get a hot breakfast, hot lunch, and a balanced snack every day as part of the tuition. No matter what, whenever I call or stop by they always seem to be running efficiently.We will stay with Cheers until we no longer need Daycare. Julia - And as far as the $120 per week for a 1 yr old, the regular rate is $145 for a 1 or 2 year old. Ginger, Did you work there? I don't see that any of their employees would discuss salary or brnrfits with someone who does not work there. Noneya- Sounds like you got fired. Mommy - My 2 yr old has learned tons and my 6 yr old was ahead of his Kindergarten class. So you go ahead and send your kid somewhere else. Mine will stay here.

This day care is the most affordable and does take 4C, but be careful you get what you pay for...minumim fee minimal care! Send your child some where else. The care is horrible and your child doesn;t learn anything. I wish I saw all the other reviews before my child went there!!!!!

I now officially hate this daycare they rated me 120 instead of 130 a week for my 1 year old and now everyone that works at the san carlos one is saying they never said such thing i want my money back to go to another daycare I totally agree with all the other comments

I totally agree!!! It sux all they care about is making money!!!!

This place is horrible; put your children in better care. This center pays their workers min. wage without benefits or any kind of compensation. They over work and under pay their staff and wonder why they have such a big turn around with workers quitting and finding a more humane place to work.
