local towing

I called this company to have a vehicle towed locally only 8 miles. I was told on the first call that the driver would call me back in 15 minutes. 1 hour later, I called back and was again I would receive a call in 15 minutes. Now mind you, I was calling to see if it could be done in about 4 hours or so to give them time. After another hour, I called again and was told that they were on lunch and would call me when they are off lunch. My husband was on his way home and I waited for him. We decided to call another tow company. I explained my situation and told her I would need it done in 1 1/2 hours. She said possibly in the 1 1/2 hours but definetly in 2 hours. I thought that was great. That company is Expert Towing, Inc. (Very highly rated in my book). To this day I still have not heard back from any one at Brindley Towing. I would score them a 0 star if there was a choice.
