I have gone into many music stores across this country and world...and this is the worst music store hands and fingers down! The least helpful, with no return calls or updates. Smug n Rude were the names of the people I dealt with, They had my equipment for a month and didn't even look at it, although they had my money upfront! MUSICIANS THAT NEED A FAST TURNAROUND? AVOID!!

Brent's is not only a Music Store where go to purchase your Musical equipment, it's a Place where you can go and meet up with other musicians friends where you feel comfortable and at ease. Steve, Joe, Jeff, Jim and the rest of the crew greet you when you walk in ~ are always there to help you with whatever your needs are at the time. ** And the Deals are Awesome too !! I want also to say thank you to Brent for all you do for all the Musicians and the community.

I always try to give the smaller, privately owned businesses the benefit when I make major purchases. I bought something that ended up being too heavy for me and since Brents did not sell what I needed, they gladly refunded my money, when they could have given only store credit! I will continue to do business with this store because of the way they treated me as a consumer!
