terrible tried getting directions could not understand associate asked to speak with someone who spoke English he would not do it he cost me 20.00 in gas 2 hours of driving and nowi cannot get my car done for 3 days because now it has to be ordered then the associate got rude and hung up tried calling back would not answer very very unprofessional never again!
