Called All Phase to troubleshoot a charging problem with my Generac generator. They showed up an hour and a half late for appointment. They proceeded to do things that were not necessary including replacing the battery which was new and did not need to be replaced, only recharged. I had told the service guy that the oil and service had been recently done on the generator. But the first thing they started to do was a tuneup which was not needed. After an hour or so I suggested that the service tech Call Generac and tell them what was going on. They told him that the solution was it needed a battery charger. I said that that probably could have been diagnosed much sooner. He presented me a bill for $79 for the service Call. He agreed to install the part at no additional labor cost when it came in. He wrote that on the job invoice which was left with me. Having not heard from them after several days I called Laurie Ann in service and she quoted me a price for the battery charger that was 40% higher than five sources online. She also told me that they would not install that part at no labor charge despite that being on a job invoice left with me during the service call. She said that the technician had no authority to write that on my invoice. When I objected to that she told me to find somebody else to do the work. Beware of this company. Their technicians are not trained to diagnose problems effectively, they do not meet scheduled appointment times, and they do not live up to their agreement.
