I called on 4/16/09 to reserve a room within a room block for my sisters wedding due to when my mother called receptionist Nichole stated that we reserved two room suites at a very high rate, and our regular affordable room was given away to someone else. My mother could barely talk that day due to being sick, so I called back for her. She stated that when she called the girl was "snippy" with her also. Then, shortly after that I called to rectify the issue, and I was hung up on by a Nichole at the front desk. She stated that she didn't like my "tone of voice". This is extreamly insulting, coming from an award winning 5 star customer service background I've had to deal with thousands of upset customers, and never treated them in this manner. I called back again and when she heard my voice for the second time around, she placed me on hold without greeting me. This is very upsetting!! I will be staying at another hotel down in Ft. Myers beach due to this incident. Would not recommend.
