I LOVE Dr. Harrison and my child has been going here since he was 2 weeks old and he is now 6 months old. However, the new nurse that they have is extremely rude. I was in the office on Friday July 21, 2017 around 430 pm and when she called my child back she did not greet us. She was very rude with asking the general "why are you here questions". After our visit with Dr. Harrison, which is always GREAT. I changed my child's diaper and put it in a plastic bag. Per the signs in the exam room: "Please do not throw diapers away in the trash, ask for assistance"; I asked the same nurse could I give her the diaper. She very rudely said to me "Oh no, you have to take that with you we don't have anywhere to put it". In the past the nurses has taken diapers with no hesitation. I don't know why the signs are up if nurses do not want to take the diapers. This lady was beyond rude. And when you are dealing with a sick child you do not want to have to deal with someone's nasty attitude as well. Someone should explain to her what the procedure is with diapers at a pediatric facility....because there will always be diapers to be disposed of. I also called the office manger Monday 7/24/17 and left a message. I haven't received a call back yet.
