Buyer beware. They overcharge and don't carry through on warrantied items.

I have been using Precision Pool Care for years. They open and close my pool each season and I use them for weekly cleanings from May thru October. They are professional, prompt, reasonably priced and courteous. Look around folks...there are a lot of bad pool companies out there. Make sure you do your research or you could end up spending a lot of unnecessary money. Give Precision Pool Care a try. They've never let me down!

I use to have my pool serviced by precision pools, but shopped around and found out they were over charging me for service by thousands of dollars a year. Their service technician came out to diagnose a problem with my heater, and it took 6 visits for them to finally figure out what was wrong. they replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced, and charged me over 4k for parts and labor combined. That's more than it would cost for a top line replacement heater. After my heater was fixed, my pool kept turning green because they left my pump off while I was out of town, and charged me for them to fix their mistake again. I just want to warn people out there to avoid Precision Pool Care LLC at all costs. There were more issues but this was the last straw.
