I am very disappointed. I've used them since I arrived in SF in 2010. Tonight I was driven by by the cab assigned. The I was promised it would be fixed only to be hung up on, lied to and left standing for over 1 hour.

Is this how you take care of your regulars. I am extremely disappointed.

I will think twice before I get taken advantage on car fare. After realizing that I had lost my credit card on a ride home the cab driver said he had to take me back where he picked me up.
Charged me for that ride too. He could have left me at my destination and given me the same option at the end to call the next day and pay the company directly.
No woman should take late cab drives home. Lesson learned.
