They are greaT! UN believable selection!

I been going to this store since the day they opened. The staff is very patient and helpful. Also they did exchange a faulty battery twice. Personally I never had any issues with them.

When I first want to Vapor Burst I was excited. I was sat down and educated for almost an hour and left with a starter kit and enough juice to last me for a couple of weeks. Their own brand of juice is fulfilling however they do sell other brands. I have found that the other brands that they do sell I can find at a lesser price from other stores on the Internet. I go back to my local store on a weekly basis because they have a great loyalty rewards program. I have been experimenting with different juices, different combinations of juices. I once spend $150 a month on cigarettes. I now spend approximately $20 a month on juice.

The product I purchased was faulty, the owners response was incredibly rude. I must say I'm appalled at the lack of integrity this company has shown to me. I've truly never been treated this way, but I feel the need to clarify that the 100% satisfaction is not correct, as I tried to work out a plan with the company to do a return for the non-consumable products, since any product you buy used or not, is non-refundable, and after making sure I complied to all she asked of me, she says that she changed her mind. I wasted my time and energy, and felt betrayed by her inconsistence. Before you buy think twice. I will not find myself buying from them again.
