They provided some great wood floor services for me. Was looking for a hardwood flooring specialist to re sand my hardwood floors. Neil showed up and gave me a great quote. Although the wood floors were in bad shape, he was able to refinish them in two days. Gotta admit, he did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend him. He was on time, very courteous and very professional!

I recently purchased an 80-year-old historic building in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This building was/is entirely constructed of Dade County Pine wood. Including all of the floors throughout the interior of the building. These floors were in HORRIBLE horrible shape when I purchased the building, and although everybody was urging me to “cover them with tile or laminate”, I looked online and found Neil from True Quality Wood Flooring, and he convinced me to let him to do a restoration on these (at one time) gorgeous floors. I can honestly say, it was the best decision I ever made. Just look at these pictures! I never thought the floors could be brought back to their original luster like this. I would wholeheartedly and highly recommend True Quality Wood Flooring to anyone who is considering ANY repairs, restoration, or anything else related to their wood floors. Phenomenal company, super hard-working, incredibly courteous and professional staff, just a five-star experience all around.

I'm very happy with the new engineered wood floors! Neil tore out the old carpeting, tacks and padding, cleaned up the floors and installed new walnut floors. We had very little room to move our furniture and belongings so he had to move them back and forth in order to finish the job.

After the installation, he cleaned up the entire area. Came out better than I expected. I would highly recommend True Quality Wood Flooring to anyone needing wood floor installation.

Refinished my floors in 1 1/2 days. Neal and his crew did a wonderful job. They moved furniture, dismantled my bed (and put it back up), they were prompt, left the place clean and the floors look brand new. I highly recommend them.

I had some stained and darkened parquet floors in my Ft Lauderdale home. After contacting Neil and his company received excellent service and prompt response. The price was reasonable and what a difference it made to my parquet floor, they look fantastic!

I just closed on my new condo yesterday and wanted to get my wood floors refinished before I painted and started moving in. I found True Quality online, saw all of the positive reviews, and figured I'd give them a call.

I spoke with Neil, the owner, on the phone and he told me that he was able to come over this morning to give me an estimate. He was on time, professional and courteous. I had about 750 sq feet of flooring and the price was right around what he quoted me over the phone. (Came out to be a little less.)

I thought he was going to tell me he could come back in a few days, but he was actually able to get started this afternoon and said he would be done by the evening!

Neil sent me a few pictures of the progress throughout the day and kept me up to speed on a few of the areas I was concerned about. I wasn't able to leave work early to meet him so he came back to drop off my keys at the condo at a time that worked for me.

I had a ton of questions on how to take care of the floors, how to clean them, if my painter should use tape, how my movers should bring in the furniture. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions!

I couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend True Quality Wood Flooring to anyone who is looking for a professional company to treat their real wood floors.

Simply put…This company is by far the BEST. And if you’re reading this right now, it’s worth noting, I am NOT the online reviewing type! I was originally planning on taking the easy route and putting laminate or vinyl to cover a lot of of what seemed to me to be unsalvageable, and dirty/grimy original Date County Pine floors in the multi-family residential building I just purchased. But I figured it was worth a call to a proff to see what it would involve to restore them. I thought it would be far too time consuming and expensive a project to undertake, so at first my calls were really just a fact finding expedition. But after contacting and speaking to Neil at True Quality Wood Flooring, and really hearing what he had to say about his service, and what I can expect as far as the result, I decided to give them a try. After seeing first hand what this guy does, I would extremely highly recommend him and this company to anyone considering the same. Not only did the floors turn out exceptionally well, but the level of service, professionalism, knowledge and skill I observed was truly second to none. I will post a before and after picture of the same section of floor just to give you an idea of how well they turned out. But not only did Neil do such a phenomenal job on restoring the floors, but did so in a timely manner, always careful to be very respectful of my tenants and their need to come and go throughout the day. After the job was completed, I did notice a very small, rather insignificant section of the flooring near the back stairwell (an area practically no one ever sees as it’s an emergency exit) that one of my tenants must have stepped on since I saw a few planks where the finish appeared to have been smudged. One quick text to Neil however, and the guy shows up THAT DAY, himself, and without questioning a thing, completely re-finished that area citing his need to ensure both perfection, and complete customer satisfaction with his work.

True Quality Wood Flooring was recommended to us by a friend of ours who got his floors done a few months ago. From the start to the end we felt that True Quality was very timely, punctual and helpful in the second floor wood flooring project. Neil and the guys were amazing! My 13 year old oak hardwood floors came out brand new, all the years of dogs, kids, chairs scuffs, remodeling etc. are all gone, a new floor to start over again. True Quality Wood flooring did a fantastic job on refinishing the hardwoods in a 1955 home I recently purchased. He was also able to repair and refinish the parquet floors in the second living area which were badly damage. All floors look like new. Neil was very pleasant and great to work with. Extremely happy with the results.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. They were professional, clean, stayed on schedule, and were cheaper! I looked at many installers and True Quality was the best bang for the buck! I would recommend them to everyone. I am a customer for life!
