I ordered a sign from them in the beginning of February to match signs ordered from there already on the building I work in. I was told I would get a proof in a week. I got a proof in two weeks but they had not included all the measurements such as the thickness of the sign so I made an adjustment. Three weeks later I have not heard anything I called them and I’m told we will call you right back. No one called me back. This happened four times. I was told that the sign was delayed because I made an adjustment to the proof (not my mistake) and then that it was being made, then that it was sent out to be painted then I was told the sign arrived but it was cracked so now they’re making a new one free of cost, well I should hope so, and that it will be done in two weeks. That was now a month ago. I reached out to “Andrew” supposedly the boss via their Facebook page as no one called me back the last time I called and inquired. First he gave me a long detailed explanation on their policies and procedures and when I said I just want to problem solved he said over a week ago he will Contact the manufacturer and get back to me right away. He never did so I sent another message a week later and now he says he is communicating with the manufacturer daily and will let me know as soon as it will be ready. I’m very disappointed, I was promised the sign within a month and we are now three months later. Poor communication poor customer service, it’s obvious to me that they have a lot of large jobs and small jobs are not prioritized. I paid upfront and they already have my money but I still don’t have my sign but hopefully soon.

I would not recommend this company

Wish I'd read these reviews before I gave them my deposit. I'm in the same situation. 1/4 of my work done and some of the crew in there are just plain obnoxious.
