I was just trying to call to get information on apartments and the selections they offered, none mentioned reaching the office, so I decided to go with pressing 1 to reach maintenance, and that didn't work so I tried the rest of the selections and again they didn't work

I have lived in this building for almost 4 years the hallways are not carpeted so you can hear everything that goes on through the building very loud and distracting when you're trying to sleep the train feels like it's driving right through your bedroom anybody can walk in this building it really is not safe if you shop online your package will be stolen right from your front door because there are no cameras in the hallways so anybody could steal your package and get away with it and anybody can jump you in the hallway and they wouldn't know who it was because there are no cameras there are outrageous late fees outrageous pet fees they dont help you if you get locked out of your apt. call a locksmith you get 2 keys but one fob for building entry No guest prking they tow you if you dont have a parking permit even of you have a rental I got a ride home from the hospital and they towed my sons car while he was assisting me in Do not move in here if you can help it I can't wait to move
