Never ever use this company in any state, very unprofessional! they don't deserve 1 star

I know that I am a tough guy. But, I am just not big and strong enough to lift my washer and dryer set and some of my heavy supplies by myself. This was the main reason I started looking for a cheap moving company. There was a point where I wanted to be stubborn and try to do it on my own but I am glad I had a change of heart. After weighing the benefits and disadvantages of several companies, I went with this one because their presentation was the best. They talked about having a large network of experienced movers and how they would connect me with the kind f people who were dedicated to moving and the customer. This proved to be true in my personal experience. Even though the movers didn't show up on time, they quickly made up for the tardiness. From the minute I called them until all of my things were dropped off at my new place, everyone had immense energy and focus. Trust me. They went out of their way to make things good for me and they will probably do it for you too.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. First off, after I made it known that I needed them to be on time, they actually showed up about 30 minutes early!! That was a pleasant surprise. Then when they started working, they blanket wrapped everything and really handled my things carefully (especially my new plasma TV). Maybe I am nitpicking here, but I think this company would be even better if they gave me updates via email during my move. They said that they would but I never heard from them until it was time for my delivery – which was on time BTW. All in all, this is a good moving company.

I am very dissapointed in this company. I am also dissapointed in the better business bureau for recommeding them. Please note that I hired them, I paid them and they were no show. Don't trust the better business bureau and don't pay for and trust nationwide relocation service.

Nationwide Are a Bunch of Scam Artists: Watch out for Bait & Switch Sales Tactics....They are nothing more than brokers.....once they get enouhg complaints they file bankruptcy and open back up. Check out the U.S. DOT complaint list on these guys.....Their complaints on record...even as a PERCENTAGE of their total moves don't lie....but Nationwide sure will.



I would not wish this on your worst enemy.

My move to CA was smooth. No problems and got my belongings quick. Just wanted to say thank you.
