Provided by YPmobileThe team (absent Ric Caselli-the owner) ate a talented and hard working group. That said, if you're left to deal in "good faith" with Mr. Caselli, don't waste your time. After a 3 minute review of PBX software his company
Installed, he decided that I "broke it", and ran for door. Beware that he is not someone you want to have any business interactions with.
Regrettably, we had to suspend and leave the customer's apartment after 5 hours in excess of what was actually charged. We learned a lot after the incident, and we might not be a good fit for residential or test deployments. We appreciate being recognized as talented and hard working very much, and we regret not being able to have the poster join our many happy customers nationwide.
