Package sent from Miami to Brazil on August 2022. 90 days expected delivery date. Almost April 2023 and nothing. Only excuses all the time. Poor customer service.

Don't use them. I sent a package to Brazil in August for delivery by Christmas. In March the package has still not been delivered. We have been told many different versions as to why the package is not delivered. We don't believe them.
