Not sure why anyone would pay this company. Perhaps they're in partnership with JT Inspections and accept reports that are incorrectly marked and liars. A property management company that doesn't want to manage, imagine that. Half painted community for almost a year and then the Regional director was the worst of all. Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. If I could give less than one star I would. The only bright spot to this company is Maryann Moulton's responsiveness.
