After discovering damage to the roof on my house I was in need of an advocate to help me with my insurance company, a position I did not think I would ever be in.

In reaching out to Mr. Lippy I found a very knowledgeable individual so we set up an initial meeting for him to review my situation. The plan was to have the roof / home inspected for damage. Mr. Lippy’s staff coordinated the entire inspection process and after reviewing the information a claim was submitted to the insurance company.

From the initial meeting and throughout the entire process Mr Lippy and his staff specifically Sasha, Tierra and Isabella were Great! They reached out and made me feel welcome and part of the team who was working on my claim.

They provided clear concise reports to the insurance company and their adjusters making the claim process streamlined. From timely updates, answering my questions, they all worked extremely hard to ensure my best interests were meet.

I called this Adjuster when I made a claim for some water damage. They took the time to talk to me and give me advise BEFORE even knowing if he could take my case. Turned out I had only 10,000 dollars worth of coverage so he was honest and said it would be better for me to do it without him. Yes, they actually turned down money because it would be better for the customer. I Highly recommend the use of this fair and honest company.
