I've purchased 2 road bikes from Big Wheel and they provided me with info on bikes (even competing bikes they don't carry!) to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I never feel like I'm being "up sold." They are are very loyal and generous and don't take customers for granted.

Rude and almost insulting, I truly regret walking in that store. I do not recomend this store at all. The bathroom was so filthy I walked in and walked out it was very unclean.

I love this store, these guys can get the job done! I went in for a fitting and the tall guy with the hat solved my pain issues. I have ridden pain free for the past 6 weeks. Before the fitting I thought it was normal to feel some level of pain when riding. Not to mention this guy took the time to explain how patch kits work to a transient then he found a used tire to help him out. Wether you spend $2 or $2000 they are always happy to see you. Highly recomended!
