this is the worst dentist office, they do not care about you, they are more expensive than everyone else and you get service with an attitude
the billing staff is personally rude with you when you do not agree or decline with their exaggerated services because they allege that they send all specialty services to a specialist as lf that gives them the right to charge exuberant fees for a local service
beware they smile at first then go for the jugular!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a little hesitant at first with what my insurance provider suggested. To be honest, when I first met the billing team who are the greeters, they did not leave a good first impression on me, nor the 2nd, or even the 3rd. However, as I kept going for my appointments, I soon realized they had to put up with a lot! I would probably be the same way they are, too! There are a lot of unusual people who are in and out of that office called patients.Their first office, off of Commercial, was very intimidating and not very clean, but their new location off of Oakland is spotless! I had all great visits! Every time, I had to get work done to my mouth, i.e. deep cleaning, exams and fillings, the staff always put me at ease. I was in and out. I will continue to go to this dental office, because now I have built a trust with them and I do trust that they are doing what's best for me. I did read bad reviews, so that's why I was hesitant at first of going, but after the times I have gone to them, I really do think they deserve a good review. Just don't let the front staff scare you away. They will open up to you after a little bit.
